Terms of Service
Scope of work
Each project starts with a written summary of the deliverable, price and timeline agreed over WhatsApp or email. Work outside that summary is quoted separately.
Delivery and revisions
Timelines begin once all required information and documents are received. Revisions are included until the deliverable matches the agreed scope.
Payments
Prices are confirmed before work begins. Government fees, hosting, domains, ad budgets and platform charges are paid by the client directly and are not part of the service fee.
Documentation assistance
Government and registration services are assistance with forms, documents and portal submissions. Approval decisions rest entirely with the concerned authority and cannot be guaranteed.
Client responsibilities
You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to share them.
